Log into the feedback system using your Pilot SBT credentials and fill out some basic information about your recipient.
They will then receive an email customized with your logo and verbiage prompting them to provide feedback on a specific service provided. Their email will link them directly to a simple feedback form, also tailored to your business. If they haven't responded within a week, they'll get a reminder.
Feedback results are sent directly to your email, and can also be found in Pilot SBT under the corresponding employee and customer pages. Administrators can also access results within the feedback application.
